Swarmchestrate at CCGrid 2026 in Sydney

The Swarmchestrate project was represented at the 26th IEEE International Symposium on Cluster, Cloud, and Internet Computing (CCGrid 2026), held between 18–21 May 2026 in Sydney, Australia. CCGrid is the premier global forum for advances in distributed systems, cloud computing, and AI/ML infrastructure.

Amjad Ullah of the Edinburgh Napier University presented our research work in a paper NL-CPS: Reinforcement Learning-Based Kubernetes Control Plane Placement in Multi-Region Clusters, which introduces a neural contextual bandit framework that learns optimal Kubernetes control-plane placement policies across heterogeneous Cloud–Edge environments, delivering substantial performance gains over existing approaches.

This participation reinforces Swarmchestrate’s commitment to pushing the boundaries of intelligent, distributed orchestration and to sharing our results with the global research community.
